Inspire University in South Jordan
Inspire University is a unique certification-course injector-training program that focuses on developing new leaders in the medical aesthetics industry. Our founder, Celeste Hicken, FNP-BC, has pioneered many of the training standards used throughout our courses. At her well-known Utah location, Celeste and her team of skilled Injector Trainers have developed several popular injector methods that help patients feel satisfied.

Learn the art of skillfully administering cosmetic injectable neuromodulators (such as Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport) to minimize wrinkles, smooth expression lines, and rejuvenate facial features. Topics reviewed include common treatment areas, conducting effective consultations, top-industry techniques, pricing guidance, follow-up appointments, and internship information.
Learn the art of skillfully placed dermal filler cosmetic products (Juvéderm, Versa, Restylane, Radiesse) in this intro-level injector certification course for medical professionals. We will focus on fundamentals such as the “Four R’s,” attributes of different fillers and how to best administer them, pricing guides, and post-care follow-up.
The first 90 minutes of each day will be dedicated to the didactic component of injections. The remaining time will be spent on enhancing your skills and understanding of patient/provider goals

MEET THE MENTORS
Celeste attended Westminster College, earning a degree in Business and Nursing. She attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., for her advanced degree in nursing. After school, she became a primary care provider, making house calls to her patients through the pandemic. Celeste began performing cosmetic injections in 2015. She completed a neurology internship, injecting Botox for migraines and dystonia. Celeste has also completed research in Plasma injections for joints and hair restoration. In order to administer cosmetic injectables, such as Botox or Dermal Fillers, you must have a certified medical background. This includes physicians, physician assistants, dentists, registered nurses, and other licensed healthcare practitioners. These courses are intended to expand upon that medical knowledge and provide practical and hands-on experience in providing medical aesthetic treatments with these injectable products.
Having a certification will enhance your resume for future employers. High-end medical spas would prefer to hire an aesthetics injector with knowledge and experience instead of spending thousands of dollars to train an applicant without that knowledge base. Employers easily see the benefits of hiring someone with certifications over someone without them. Showing initiative by independently pursuing hands-on continuing education demonstrates your willingness to do what it takes and bring more to the table than the average applicant. It puts your resume at the top of the pile.
Our in-person training events are currently priced at $5000. Our invitation-only advanced courses vary in price. We’ll discuss the cost when applicants are invited to apply. We are currently in the planning stages to be able to offer payment plan options in the future.
My aesthetic adventure began in 2016. I took a weekend course and started calling myself an injector. Oh, I was so wrong then. I didn’t realize how much time and dedication I would need to start a career in Aesthetic Medicine. I found I didn’t want to be considered only as an injector, I wanted to practice Medicine Aesthetically with a holistic approach. This includes optimal patient outcomes administered in an ethical and sustainable ways.
Teaching my patients how to consume beauty for all of us providers. I shadowed a Neurology Np and learned how to administer therapeutic Botox for Migraines. I worked with her, learning a variety of therapeutic and cosmetic applications for Neuromodulators. As I advanced, I added Ha fillers and Biostimulators to my tool kit. The power of exosomes and lasers. I have had the great privilege to become a National Trainer and Speaker for Allergan in 2020. I am also a trainer for AIAM- Nova Threads and Derma Sculpt Cannulas. I value knowledge and collaboration above all. I seek support and growth, and I want my students to become peers and share in the development of Aesthetic Medicine.
