Our founder, Celeste Hicken, FNP-BC, has pioneered many of the training standards used throughout our courses. At her well-known Utah location, Celeste and her team of skilled Injector Trainers have developed several popular injector methods that ensure patient satisfaction.
We offer both in-person and online classes with special invitation-only master classes where small-group instruction allows for more in-depth training in specialized techniques. Your aesthetic journey begins with facial anatomy, patient assessment, injection techniques, product selection, and adverse event management.
Dynamic Hands-on training with real patients and model simulation.
Each course is designed based on your experience and incorporates the following products.

FUNDAMENTALS OF NEUROMODULATOR
Learn the art of skillfully administering cosmetic injectable neuromodulators (such as Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport) to minimize wrinkles, smooth expression lines, and rejuvenate facial features. Topics reviewed include common treatment areas, conducting effective consultations, top-industry techniques, pricing guidance, follow-up appointments, and internship information.
FUNDAMENTALS OF DERMAL FILLERS
Learn the art of skillfully placed dermal filler cosmetic products (Juvéderm, Versa, Restylane, Radiesse) in this intro-level injector certification course for medical professionals. We will focus on fundamentals such as the “Four R’s,” attributes of different fillers and how to best administer them, pricing guides, and post-care follow-up.
NEUROMODULATORS + FILLERS TRAINING COURSE
Our training courses span over 2 days and will cover Neuromodulators such as Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, and fillers. This training comes with:
- Training Manual with an Anatomy book
- Shadowing 1x monthly for 3 months after you complete the course
- Education about the aesthetic industry and contract negotiation
- Products for hands-on training with models
- Lunch for both days
The first 90 minutes of each day will be dedicated to the didactic component of injections. The remaining time will be spent on enhancing your skills and understanding patient/provider goals:
Day 1: Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau
AM: Didactic – Anatomy, product selection, safety, and placement
PM: Hands-on training with 2 models for anatomy and 3 models for injections
Day 2: Filler Day
AM: Didactic – Anatomy, product selection, safety, and placement
PM: Hands-on training with 2-3 models for lip and cheek injections
It is essential that you come 1-2 weeks before your training and get your Anatomy book. We mark specific pages in the book for you to review prior to the training session.

NEUROMODULATOR + FILLER COURSE PRICING
Our Neuromodulator training costs $3000, and Filler training costs $3000. When combined in one course, it costs $5000, and you can save $1000. If you want to sign up for the course and want us to hold your spot, you will be required to pay a deposit of $1000.

MEET THE MENTORS
Celeste Hicken,
Owner
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER, FNP-BC
Celeste attended Westminster College, earning a degree in Business and Nursing. She attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., for her advanced degree in nursing. After school, she became a primary care provider, making house calls to her patients through the pandemic.
Celeste began performing cosmetic injections in 2015.
She completed a neurology internship injecting Botox for migraines and dystonia.
Celeste has also completed research in Plasma injections for joints and hair restoration.
In 2020, she transitioned to full-time Aesthetic medicine.
She is a National Trainer for:

– Derma Sculpt Cannula
Celeste is passionate about building confidence and helping people become the best version of themselves.
My aesthetic adventure
My aesthetic adventure began in 2016. I took a weekend course and started calling myself an injector. Oh, I was so wrong then. I didn’t realize how much time and dedication I would need to start a career in Aesthetic Medicine. I found I didn’t want to be considered only and injector I wanted to practice Medicine Aesthetically with an holistic approach. This includes optimal patient outcomes administered in an ethical and sustainable ways.
Teaching my patients how to consume beauty for all of us providers.
I shadowed a Neurology Np and Learned how to administer therapeutic Botox for Migraines. I worked with her learning a variety of therapeutic and cosmetic applications for Neuromodulators. As I advanced, I added Ha fillers and Biostimulators to my tool kit. The power of exosomes, and lasers. I have had the great privilege to became a National Trainer and Speaker for Allergan in 2020. I also Trainer for AIAM- Nova Threads and Derma Sculpt Cannulas. I value knowledge and collaboration above all. I seek support and growth and I want my students to become peers and share in the development of Aesthetic Medicine.

To help injectors find a place to start and grow.
I believe Aesthetic Providers need a more standardized introduction into Aesthetic Medicine. I provide support and mentorship throughout the learning experience that continues for the rest of your career.

WHAT TYPE OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL/NURSE INJECTOR CAN TAKE THIS COURSE?
In order to administer cosmetic injectables, such as Botox or Dermal Fillers, you must have a certified medical background. This includes physicians, physician assistants, dentists, registered nurses, or other licensed healthcare practitioners. These courses are intended to expand upon that medical knowledge and provide practical and hands-on experience in providing medical aesthetic treatments with these injectable products.
HOW WILL THIS CERTIFICATION COURSE ADVANCE MY INJECTOR CAREER?
Having a certification will enhance your resume for future employers. High-end medical spas would prefer to hire an aesthetics injector with knowledge and experience instead of spending thousands of dollars to train an applicant without that knowledge base. Employers easily see the benefits of hiring someone with certifications over someone without them.
Showing initiative by independently pursuing hands-on continuing education demonstrates your willingness to do what it takes and bring more to the table than the average applicant. It puts your resume at the top of the pile.
HOW MANY STUDENTS ARE IN EACH COURSE?
Our in-person trainings are offered at our Utah location. These small-group, hands-on trainings are limited to groups of 10-20, depending on the location.
WHAT IS THE COST OF ATTENDING AN IN-PERSON INJECTOR TRAINING?
Our in-person training events are currently priced at $5000. Our invitation-only advanced courses vary in price. The cost will be discussed when applicants are invited to apply. We are currently in the planning stages to be able to offer payment plan options in the future.
WILL I GET A CERTIFICATION UPON COMPLETION?
Yes, upon completion of any of our cosmetic injectable training courses, a certificate will be issued.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Currently, we do not issue refunds. However, your prepaid course fee can be rolled over for future use when registering for another course date.
